What is a typical Buy Request experience?

It is absolutely lovely. We help you make the most of what you already own, fill in the gaps and make sure you have what to wear, when you need to wear it. Everything in your closet will be a winner. There are no “it’s OK” items — only fabulous, wonderful things that fit perfectly and make you feel your best.

How long does the process take?

Shopping

Depending on your list and how much you want to do at one time, it can be anywhere from 3 to 8 hours.

Photostyling

Most clients book 3-4 hours to start. We are able to style 10-12 outfits per hour.

Fashion Emergencies

No charge for clients with a quick, 3-5 minute “what do I wear” question. Extensive email, photo or phone consults billed at the $195 rate in 15-minute increments.

How does your service differ from personal shopping in a store?

An independent stylist is not tethered to a single store and has no financial interest in selling products. We select what is right for you. By creating a look from several different resources, your style has your name on it — not the “look” of a certain boutique or label. 

Can a wardrobe stylist save you money?

Yes. We save you money by avoiding clothing mistakes. After the closet review, we have an intimate knowledge of what you own. Then, we discuss your lifestyle and create new outfits based on your needs. We maximize each piece we buy so there are no “orphans.”   

Is it time intensive?

We pre-shop prior to our appointment, so we don’t waste one minute of your time.

Do you reward referrals?

YES! For each referred client who books a service, we give you an hour on the house.
